5 Leadership Styles to Influence a Team

Description

Most managers have a default way of leading and use it whether or not it fits the situation. This course treats leadership style as a choice. After an opening lesson that separates style from personality traits, each of the next five lessons takes one style, laissez-faire, autocratic, democratic, transactional or transformational, and lays out its features, its benefits and drawbacks, the conditions it suits, and the steps for using it well.
