This policy covers courses bought on masterypathways.org.

The 14-day window

If a course is not what you expected, ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase and it will be given, as long as a Certificate of Completion has not been issued for that course. Once a certificate has been issued, the course counts as delivered in full and is no longer refundable.

The All Access bundle follows the same rule: refundable within 14 days of purchase unless a certificate has been issued for any course in it.

Always refunded

Duplicate charges for the same order, and courses that are defective and cannot be fixed, are refunded regardless of the 14-day window.

How to ask

Email support@masterypathways.org with the email address you bought with and your order number, or use the contact page. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days.

The free course

The 5-Day Challenge is free; there is nothing to refund.
