This site is run by T-Michael Dougherty under the name Mastery Pathways. This page explains what information the site collects, why it is collected, and what happens to it.
What is collected
- Account information. When you create an account or buy something, the site stores your name, your email address, and the details of your order.
- Payment information. Card payments are handled by Stripe. Your card number never reaches this site’s server. Stripe sends back only a confirmation that the payment went through.
- Email list. If you subscribe, your email address is stored so that new books, episodes, courses, and other work can be announced to you. Every message carries an unsubscribe link.
- Contact form. Messages sent through the contact page are stored on this site and delivered by email to the address you chose on the form.
- Site statistics. The site counts page visits in aggregate, meaning which pages are read and how often, using Jetpack. These counts do not identify you by name.
- Cookies. The site sets cookies to keep you logged in, to remember what is in your cart, and for the statistics above.
How it is used
Your information is used to deliver what you bought, to give you access to your account and any courses you are enrolled in, to answer messages you send, and to tell you about new work if you asked to hear about it. It is not used for anything else.
Your information is never sold. It is not shared with anyone except the services needed to run the site: Stripe for payments, SendLayer for sending email, and Kinsta for hosting.
Your choices
You can see and change your account details at any time by logging in. You can unsubscribe from email using the link in any message. To have your account and its information deleted, email info@masterypathways.org and it will be done.
